Currently chewy.com is the only external pharmacy we accept in order to ensure the authenticity, quality and safety of your pet’s medications.
In order to provide a more streamline convenient prescription refill process while maintaining cost-conscious medication pricing, we are excited to soon be offering an in-house online pharmacy option for medication refills.
Our online pharmacy is integrated with our records system, enabling us to authorize requests more efficiently while offering cost-conscious medication pricing. Due to the volume and staff resources needed to accommodate external pharmacy prescription requests, once our online in-house pharmacy is established an administration fee will be applied for external pharmacy use.
